Media: Pencil on paper

     My inspiration for this piece was to challenge myself by recreating a portrait of one of my, at the time, favorite celebrities.

    I started this piece my drawing my grid and lightly mapping everything in their correct spot and made my values light where they needed to be light and dark were they needed to be dark. When I finished, I lightly drug a cotton ball across the places on the face to blend everything in a little better.
